Justin Bieber V. Robert Pattinson! Whose Movie Will Have The Bigger Opening Weekend?

Posted Wed, February 2, 2011 5:40pm EDT

‘Never Say Never’ & ‘Water for Elephants’ are both hitting theaters soon! Which one will YOU see?

I hope you’re all ready to make the most difficult decision of your lives: Two of HollywoodLife.com‘s favorite guys — Justin Bieber and Robert Pattinson – have HUGE movies coming out soon, and we want to know which one will get your money! Will it be Justin’s 3-D biopic Never Say Never, or Rob’s tale of fang-less romance Water for Elephants?

We could never pick sides, but we do think it’s safe to say Never Say Never (coming out wide Feb. 11) is going to blow Water for Elephants (April 22) out of the water. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire aside, the box office hasn’t always been a happy place for Rob’s non-Twilight flicks. Meanwhile, everything Justin touches turns to gold. Literally, everything.

Oh, noticed that HL didn’t print a single word on Bieber being booed at a Nick’s game last night. Or the water bottle being thrown at him at a concert.

What butt-kissers HL is.

News and Fashion BFF? Hardly. HL is not even close to being journalistic at all.

The big picture question: “Who’s career will last longer?”

I think that’s fairly obvious. Those 9 – 13 yr old girls will grow up and he’ll get stale FAST.

It’s sad to say that this beiber movie may make more money , it’s a silly movie unlike water for elephants which is a better film ,read the book a while back ,very good book but all the kids will watch beiber cause it’s geared for them so any 9 to 16 years old can see it that’s unfortunate .we the more mature want to see something with substance . The best films are never cash cows but crap as always been more more popular with children ! But at the end of the day the better films always win because they have a story to tell , unlike that beiber story who’s only out there to make money, so people who loves movie go see water for elephants you will definitely enjoy it !

Bieber will win this, because the tweens. And? Who cares. WFE is a book-made classical, Bieber is a high promoted kid. Just like any singing stars (Jonas brothers). There is no reason to compare these two. Compare Bieber with another singing-boyfilm

Bieber will win this, his film is geared towards his fans, R-Patz film is geared to get him Oscar credibility. Bieber’s film is an automatic cash cow, where R-Patz film could be bad and then nobody will go too it.

Really? His films are geared towards getting him an Oscar?

You know this for a fact? Have any sources for this insight you’d like to share?

Or are you a freakin IDIOT?
