Jessica Alba’s daughter impressed everyone on the set at her mom’s cover shoot for Elle‘s December issue! Awww!
We are so impressed by all these celebrity kids who can speak foreign languages! Jessica Alba‘s 2-year-old daughter showed off her budding French vocabulary to the crew on the set of her mom’s Elle magazine cover shoot! First Knox and Vivienne Jolie-Pitt and now Honor Warren! Amazing!
And no wonder Honor is so advanced — her mommy makes sure to spend as much time as she can at home with her talented daughter! Jessica says she’s content to sign on to movies that don’t have her in a lead role. “The time I’m not spending with my kid has to be worth it, so when I sat down with my agents after I was ready to go back to work, I told them: It’s all about the directors,” she tells Elle. “Now I prefer I’m not the lead. it’s a totally different approach — way better.”
It’s hard to believe it, but the 29-year-old says she’s a timid little creature. “I’m shy. I don’t like being the center of attention,” admits Jessica, who will star in Little Fockers (in theaters Dec. 22). “But when I do comedy, I lose all inhibition and introspection. I no longer care.” Hmm, we wonder where Honor gets her outgoing personality from — daddy Cash Warren?
While Honor has self-assurance and a supermodel swagger, Jessica admits that she has always been a little self-conscious. “I’d been so afraid of criticism ever since I was young,” she says. “Every time I’d get a critique or some redirection, I’d always just take it very personally, but now I have no problem with it. It’s just a chance to try things a different way. To play more with a character. It also gives me a chance to have some input, to use my voice.”
Well, we know Honor loves to use her voice! Maybe Jessica should try playing a French character so she can have her daughter as her language coach! That way she could shoot the movie and still spend plenty of time with Honor — it’s a win-win situation!
