Jennifer Lopez’s twins, Max and Emme, make their modeling debut as the faces of Gucci’s new kid’s line!
Jennifer Lopez‘s twins Max and Emme show that they inherited their mom’s photogenic gene as they strike a pose in ads for Gucci’s new children’s clothing line! “It’s the first time I have worked with my kids in that way,” Jennifer, 40, tells Us Weekly. “It was a totally special experience.”
Jennifer and her husband Marc Anthony, 42, were hesitant at first, but after they found out that Gucci was going to donate money to charity in honor of the collection — which ranges in price from $80 to $1,600 and hits stores in November — the couple were thrilled to have their 2½-year-olds model for the campaign! “It’s exactly why I’m excited to be a part of this,” Jennifer says. “Now there are two Gucci spokesbabies for a beautiful cause!” Gucci donated $1 millon to UNICEF’s Schools in Africa initiative and $50,000 to Jennifer’s charity the Maribel initiative, which promotes greater access to healthcare for women and children worldwide.
Aside from looking absolutely adorable in the ad, it looks like Max and Emme enjoyed themselves too! Mommy Jennifer, who looks stunning in the photos, says the twins “had fun” posing. “I did a photo shoot when they were 3 weeks old, but now that they are 2½, it’s totally different.”
Move over Suri Cruise, Jennifer thinks Emme is already showing signs of a becoming a fashionista! “Emme picks out her own outfits and likes to sleep in her princess dress.” But as for little Max, mom admits, “It’s hard to get Max dressed. He prefers to run around the house with no clothes on.” Maybe we’ll see him as a Calvin Klein underwear model in a few years’ time!
