Jennifer Aniston is selling her Beverly Hills dream house after reportedly purchasing two apartments in NYC, and the enormous mansion can be yours for a mere $42 million! Even though it’s a little out of our range, we do have never-before-seen pics of Jen’s fully renovated mansion — thanks to the new real-estate listing!
The 42-year-old actress purchased the property in 2006 for nearly $13.5 million, but has since gutted and rehabbed the property to make it her 10,000-square-foot dream home.
Jen recently explained to People why she’s leaving her “dream home” behind, saying, “This summer I woke up in the middle of the night in London, and I couldn’t sleep, and I knew I really needed to simplify my life. And along with that came the thought, ‘I should sell my [Beverly Hills] house’. I was like, ‘Wait, I just built it; it was like my heart, my project, my love’, but I had the realization that it is just too much for me. I’m not this person.”
