Sometimes you can’t help but look at a couple and wonder, “Why are they together?” And nowhere does this happen more often than the wild world of Hollywood romances. Maybe the couple met on-set and they want to drum up publicity for their new project (like Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens), or maybe each half of the couple just wants to appear desirable (like Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler) but don’t want an actual mate.

Then there are couples like Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt who just want attention, and they know they’ll only get if they work together. As we all know, while a B-list celebrity may not receive a lot of attention, a B-list COUPLE has a better chance of getting people talking.
