Everything may look perfect on the hit show, which brought in a record 12.9 viewers during its Sept. 21 premiere, but behind the scenes the cast is either fighting, hooking up, or trying to lose more weight according to reports!
They sing and dance as if they are the best of friends every Tuesday evening on Fox, but behind the scenes things seem to be spinning out of control on the set of Glee! Star reports that Amber Riley, who plays Mercedes on the show, recently said of Lea Michele‘s diva behavior, “She’s always ordering everyone around, demanding a particular outfit or a particular food at the snack table.” Looks like those reports of Lea’s inflated ego may have been pretty accurate!
That’s not all either! Another source says of Lea, “She bends over backward to make friends with the writers so they’ll give her better storylines, but she’s so fake.”

As for cast relations, Lea, Cory Monteith, and Mark Salling consider themselves the “cool clique” and alienate themselves from Kevin McHale, Jenna Ushkowitz, and Heather Morris, who refuse to let their new found fame go to their head according to the report. Amber, Chris Colfer, and Naya Rivera meanwhile, “think they’re too good for their costars.”
Another issue on the set has been Lea and Jenna’s recent weight loss. Lea is a vegan and Jenna a vegetarian who are estimated to have lost 30 and 10 lbs. respectively.
Not mentioned much in the article is Dianna Agron, who is looking like she may be the show’s true breakout star. Having just wrapped the Steven Spielberg produced I Am Number Four and currently starring in The Romantics alongside Anna Paquin and Katie Holmes, it looks like Dianna may be focusing more on her career and less on the behind the scenes drama of her show!
