Get excited girlfriends! Despite rumors suggesting that he’s dating 26-year-old America’s Next Top Model winner Eva Marcille, Flo Rida tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively that he’s actually very single!
“Right now, I’m just focusing on my music actually,” Flo, whose third album Only One Flo Part 1 hits stores on Nov. 30, says. “As far as a personal life goes, I try to keep that separate.”
Flo admits that he’s very romantic when it comes to dating. “A romantic day or night out with me would definitely be, being chauffeured around,” the 31-year-old singer/rapper describes. “I might put on my Maybach 62 on the upper scale. We might have a little dinner inside the Maybach — it comes equipped with the table and the fridge with the champagne right there — and ride around the city and just enjoy something very intimate.”
Flo, who has been connected with singer Brandy in the past, admits that he doesn’t have a problem dating within the music industry. “I don’t think it’s hard as long as you and that person have and understanding for the most part,” he says. “If you guys decide that you want people to know, then it’s one thing. If you don’t want people to know, then you have to make sure that you keep that low key, low profile so that you both can have a respectful relationship.“
Right now, Flo is just excited to release his new album, which he says is not about any present or past love interest. “This record is not about anybody in particular, but about the fact that certain things happen in relationships,” he tells us. “Someone might feel like it’s real because it’s definitely one of those records that can be heartfelt.”
