In NYC, we're currently enduring below-freezing temperatures, so Ferragamo's Spring 2012 campaign warmed me right up. Not only is Gisele totally gorgeous with a set of endless legs, but she also got to lounge by the pool and the ocean in Jamaica for her latest campaign — and I would gladly trade places with her today! The actress is on the cover of 'Glamour' magazine's February 2012 issue and she's revealing her biggest beauty secrets — starting with why her hair is styled in tons of buns during her interview!
Rachel McAdams has dyed her hair hot pink, peach, brown, blonde & more, so it's safe to say she's not scared of taking beauty risks, but you'll never believe why she wore blue glitter in her brows.
On her hair: “I always wanted pink hair. I wanted to do my whole head, but my hairstylist, Robert, was like, “How about we start small?” I absolutely loved it. I still think about doing blue at some point, but I don't like to change my hair before I'm about to do [a film] — you never know what that character's going to be.”
On dating her co-stars: “A set may seem like a good place for romance, but I don't think it's very conducive; it's too distracting. Every relationship I've had with a coworker has come after the fact, because you wind up actually spending a lot of time with those people promoting the movie.”
On her beauty looks during her figure skating days: “I definitely was in the sequined, bedazzled era. We would put blue eyeshadow up our eyebrows, and glitter all over our faces. I probably put more effort into my skating outfits than my clothes.”
On why she has so many buns in her hair during her interview: “This is not meant for public viewing! This is just how I dry my hair. All my friends make fun of me and call me Helga or Heidi.”
