Chris Brown showed off his singing and dancing chops on Dancing with the Stars, reminding all of us why he’s famous in the first place!
With all the controversy surrounding him, it’s easy to forget why we fell in love with Chris Brown in the first place. However, the 21-year-old singer successfully redeemed himself after his March 22 Good Morning America incident during his performance on Dancing with the Stars exactly one week later. He had the entire crowd — judges included — on their feet!
Sporting a bright red zoot suit/Michael Jackson-esque outfit, Chris started the night off with his single, “Yeah 3x,” from his new album F.A.M.E. and put the celebrity dancers to shame with his slick moves. For his second (and equally impressive) number, Chris sang his hit, “Forever,” and channeled characters from Tron, wearing a suit with light up neon lights that matched his dancers.
Although there was some talk ABC would pull the plug on Chris’ performance, we bet producers (and maybe even Tom Bergeron) are thrilled they chose to keep him on board. He killed it up there and gave the show a much needed energy boost!
