Kate Walsh, 45, says she sticks to a “mostly vegetarian diet,” including broccoli, lentils and quinoa, and admits she “runs until [she] gets tired.”
Jennifer Hudson, 31, shed 80 pounds by following her Weight Watchers diet of chicken and egg whites. She also does cardio and circuit training five days a week. “Almonds are my favorite snack,” she told the magazine.
Jennifer Lawrence, 22, admits, “I do exercise but I don’t diet. You can’t work when you’re hungry.” The Hunger Games actress says she runs and does yoga. “[I want] to look fit and strong.”
Moms That Have Bounced Back
Megan Fox, 26, has bounced back to her pre-baby weight shedding 25 pounds in just 4 months. “The key was her pre-baby body,” celeb trainer Harley Pasternak told Us. Megan says she avoids dairy and walks 10,000 steps a day.
Heidi Klum, 39, says she runs four miles a day and does lots of squats. “Heidi’s all about her bum and legs,” her trainer Andrea Orbeck told the mag.
Marissa Jaret Winokur, 39, lost a whopping 60 pounds in seven months by watching “calories in, calories burned!” She sticks to a 1,200 calorie diet every day, including protein and veggie packed dishes like tuna over spinach. She also plays son with her 4-year-old son Zev to stay active.
