So many celebs not only had babies in 2012 — they bounced back and got their hot bodies into pre-pregnancy shape in no time! Check out some of the most impressive post-baby body transformations this year.
As every mom knows, getting your body back into shape after welcoming your bundle of joy is tough work — and a lot harder then celebs make it look. But with a personal trainer, nanny and infinite amount of money at their disposal, 2012 wasn’t just their year for celebs to give birth to their baby — it was also the year to get back into killer shape.
Model Mommies Hit The Runway Right After Baby
Model mom Alessandra Ambrosio welcomed baby boy Noah in May, and weeks later was asked to model the $2.5 Victoria’s Secret Fantasy Bra for their annual fashion show! So she had less than six months to get back into runway shape, which she said involved a lot of exercise, lean protein and veggies.
Reality moms Snooki and Kristin Cavallari are both very naturally petite (and didn’t gain a bunch of weight to begin with), so it didn’t take long for either of them to post Twitpics revealing their impressive weight loss just weeks after giving birth.
Baby Weight Lost Only To Be Gained Right Back
But perhaps the most shocking of all was Jessica Simpson, who gained a reported 60 pounds (at least) during her pregnancy with first child Maxwell Drew Johnson. Even though the Fashion Star host had a contract with Weight Watchers to shed the pounds, it took her just six months to drop all of her baby weight.
Jess looked amazing, but then reports surfaced that she’s pregnant again! I guess we’ll have to keep an eye out for her body transformation in 2013 and 2014.
