There seemed to be a major shift on red carpets in 2010 as a slew of new faces brought their wholly original, and almost always impeccable, style to every event they attended. From the amazing wears of the youthful and fashion forward Elle Fanning and Mia Wasikowska (12 and 21-years old respectively) to the continued red carpet dominance of Keira Knightley and Marion Cotillard , there was never a shortage of glamorous events this year !
Then there are style stars who really broke though this year , such as Zoe Saldana who is able to go from flirty Vuitton to Givenchy Haute Couture with simple ease and Kerry Washington who wowed the crowd at the 2010 Met Ball in a stunning Thakoon for Gap dress.
Finally, there are the beautiful and beautifully put together Anne Hathaway and Michelle William s, the Brokeback Mountain costars who seem incapable of making a style misstep, and television’s golden girls Blake Lively and January Jones , both now fronting fashion campaigns for Chanel and Versace .
