Baker Mayfield — Baker Reagan Mayfield is an American football quarterback, playing for the NFL. Born in Austin, Texas, Baker gained recognition during his time playing with the Oklahoma Sooners. In his senior year, he threw for 4,627 yards, making 43 touchdowns. This performance won him the Heisman Trophy and made him a top contender for the overall first pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. It was the Cleveland Browns who selected Baker as No. 1, a partnership that would last for four seasons. In 2020, Baker would lead the team to the Browns’ first playoff appearance in nearly two decades. However, clashes with the organization (and the Browns trading for quarterback Deshaun Watson in the offseason) led to Baker requesting a trade. The Browns sent him to North Carolina, trading him to the Panthers for a 2024 conditional fifth-round draft pick.

In 2019, Baker married Emily Wilkinson. The two met when he was finishing his college football career.
