My husband and I took a trip for our anniversay to Branson and while we were there attended the Andy Williams Petula Clark concert. This was in 2007 and he was still a great singer. I also was at a concert here in Ft. Worth Tx. when Andy appeared with a celebrity piano player. We will miss his spectacular voice

I am so very sad to hear that Andy Williams isnt well. I am 54 yrs old and never missed his show in the 60′s. As a child I was always his wife when my friends and I played house, I was even the mother of his children. My dream vacation was to go to Branson and see him perform, but never made it happen. God bless his family and God bless Andy Williams……I have loved you always!!!! Jolene Davis, Ridgeley, WV

In the ’60′s I was an energetic little tomboy always running around, until one evening when I heard a tone, a sound that drew me to the TV set. That tone, that sound, was the voice of Andy Williams. I stood inches from the set, totally still, totally mesmerized. One night a week, for the next ten or so years, my Mom would call out to me, “Andy’s on!” She loved him too. I would drop everything and run to the TV. From those childhood moments to this day, the sound of his voice calms my soul, takes away the worry and truly lifts me up! His voice, his music, is the soundtrack that runs through my mind and my life. God Bless and Heal this Beautiful Man.

Dear Andy and family,
You have been on my mind -Just finished reading your book – my neighbor gave it to me. Enjoyed it very much. Im 68 – been through the cancer scare at 47 – chemo and radiation-non-hotchkins lymphoma – but Im active now – have seen you at the Auditorium Theatre in Rochester, NY and have seen all of the tv shows, including Christmas. Hope to take a trip this fall to Branson-never been there. Stay brave and peaceful. Praying for you and your family. Sincerely, Joan and Bob Reilly from Honeoye Falls, NY

I sat in the first row,,literally at his feet @the Saratoga performing arts,Saratoga springs,ny…his warm up band never showed so he sat on the edge of the stage with his feet dangling off and opened his own show,,,fantastic artist and exquisite gentleman,.
I watched his tv show faithfully, even his Christmas show when he and Claudine showed the world their first child ” Noel”
On towards the light ,andy , thanks for the beautiful music ..I will remember it always!!

I will forever remember Andy Williams. His truly magnificent and Unique voice will stay with me and many others who love his timeless music. It is so ver sad that we will be losing such and Icon but he will always be rememberd. My thoughts are with him and his family and friends at this particular time and yet Andy himself has asked us to remember him in his music. You will be Andy as well as for being a true gentleman and I am sure a magnificent husband and father.

My friends find it strange that a younger person loves Andy Williams’ singing but I get chills when I hear his voice. It touches my soul. We played the “Song of Bernadette” at one of our school’s celebrations (I teach at a school named St. Bernadette) and suddenly 150 active kids calmed right down. There is something so soothing about his voice. His voice and the upstanding person he is are truly gifts to the world. I regret never having seen him in person. I am so saddened by his illness and will deeply miss him.

I’m nearly 60 yrs old and clearly remember listening to Andy in our home growing up , watching his show , singing his songs in the car going up to the cabin with my famliy and the wonderful X-mas specials he would do. He doesn’t realize how much enjoyment he gave to listeners and watchers. We will soon lose another GREAT performer. Thank you Andy, and until we MEET again…Many of us will be singing ” Can’t get over losing You” GOD BLESS ,again…Thank you for what you gave us.

To Andy and family, Have seen you many times here in Branson and so enjoyed each time! Watch all the TV shows, especially the Christmas ones and when you had the Osmonds on. Always loved all your music and recently purchased tickets to see you and Frankie Avalon because my niece was coming into town and excited to see you, Her mom and I were devoted fans of yours. May God be with you all and thank you for all your many years of sharing your beautiful music with all of us!
