We didn’t think it was possible, but Jennifer Lopez, 46, is looking better than ever. The mom of two recently shared a pic of herself poolside, showing off her incredibly toned upper body. While she no doubt gets her cardio in on stage in Vegas for her “All I Have” show, JLo also works incredibly hard on her days off with the help of her NYC trainer, David Kirsch, and LA trainer, Tracy Anderson. “[I’m like] a fighter, going into the ring. I do my cardio and I do my workouts with the Tracy Anderson Method,” Jen told Popsugar.
But it’s not just her workout that she’s committed to, JLo also sticks to a healthy diet. With the help of Tracy, Jen sticks to fresh, unprocessed foods with the occasional indulgence. “Throughout the years I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthier […] diet,” she told People. “I still eat some of the foods I love, but in moderation. I don’t deprive myself.”

For breakfast, JLo told People mag that she adds a scoop of this protein shake to 3/4 cup of strawberries, 1/4 cup of blueberries, 1/4 cup of raspberries, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 tablespoon of honey, 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of ice cubes.
