Bio:
Steve Rannazzisi (born on July 4, 1978 in Smithtown, New York) is an American actor and stand-up comedian. Steve attended SUNY Oneonta, where he majored in Communications. Steve and his wife moved to Los Angeles, where he began performing at the Comedy Store on Sunset Blvd. He caught the attention of Ashton Kutcher, and was cast on the MTV prank show, Punk’d. He had a handful of television and film roles, including For Your Consideration, Big Day, and Samantha Who? Steve’s breakout came in 2009, when he was cast as Kevin MacArthur, the star role in the FX sports-comedy show, The League. Steve was cast as Stuart in Paul Blart: Mall Cop, and the role of Noah Kulick in the Eddie Murphy comedy, Imagine That. He landed the role of Steve in the comedy web series, Daddy Knows Best, which was about a dad who constantly gets himself in terrible situations.

Personal Life:
In Sept. 2015, The New York Times ran an article that revealed Steve lied about his story about 9/11. Steve claimed he was working for Merrill Lynch in the South tower when the first plane hit the North tower. Steve claimed he narrowly escaped before the second plane hit. The New York Times revealed that Merrill Lynch didn’t have an office in either tower, and Steve admitted he had lied. The article pointed out that his website bio said he graduated from SUNY Purchase with a degree in Theatre, but his rep claimed this was an oversight.
