Jordana Brewster (born April 26, 1980 in Panama City, Panama) is a Brazillian-American acctress. Jordana was born in Panama but left with her family when she was two months old. She spent the next six years of her life in London before moving to her mother’s native city of Rio De Janeiro. She left Brazil at age 10, settling in New York City where she would graduate from the Professional Children School before enrolling and graduating from Yale University. She began her acting career with a one-time appearance on the daytime soap All My Children, before landing a recurring role on As The World Turns from 1995 to 2001. Her film career started with the 1998 horror science fiction movie, The Faculty. Her breakout performance would come in 2001 when she starred alongside Paul Walker and Vin Diesel in The Fast And The Furious. She would reprise her role of Mia Toretto in four additional Fast & Furious sequels. Since her breakout performance, Jordana has appeared in many television and film roles, including the movies Nearing Grace and Anapolis, as well as a starring role in revival of the prime-time drama, Dallas. She’s currently set to appear the latest in the Fast and Furious franchise, Furious 7.
