Born and raised in Maine, Dory’s passion for journalism developed as she moved to New York and interned at Fitness and Cosmopolitanmagazines. After graduating from Marist College, Dory was hired as an Editorial Assistant at Popstar!, a teen entertainment magazine. During her time there, she was promoted to Senior Editor and interviewed countless celebrities including Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Selena Gomez, One Direction, Demi Lovato, the Jonas Brothers, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth and many more. After four years at the magazine, Dory transitioned to the Senior Editor position at HollywoodLife.com. Dory currently lives in New York City with her fiancé. When she’s not at work, she’s usually drinking iced coffee, planning her next trip to Italy and watching Homeland.
