Jeremy Jackson Arrested — ‘Baywatch’ Star Charged For Stabbing A Man

It all started when police received a call about a stabbing in the 700 block of Union Avenue in Los Angeles, Officer Mike Lopez of the LAPD tells HollywoodLife.com. The victim, who claims “Hobie” stabbed him in his left upper torso, was taken to Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center, following the incident. (Hobie was the actor’s character’s name on Baywatch.)

Even though Jeremy reportedly fled the scene, he was found the next day and immediately arrested. Jeremy was “charged with assault with a deadly weapon, not a handgun. It was a knife from what I understand,” Office Lopez tells us.

Jackson has since been released on $30,000 bail, the LAPD tells us.

Jeremy Jackson Has A Rocky Past

Jeremy played Hobie Buchannon, the son of Mitch Buchannon (David Hasselhoff), for eight seasons on the ’90s TV show. During an interview with E!, Jeremy admitted to suffering from a severe drug addiction, which led to his decision to leave Baywatch. He said he used methamphetamine and abused alcohol.

Jeremy later starred on Celebrity Rehab, due to his addiction to human growth hormones, and Celebrity Big Brother UK. However, he was removed from the home after exposing a castmate’s breasts.
