Even though he’s only two-and-a-half years old, Canon Curry still continues to be one of the coolest kids in the NBA family. The only son of Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry, 32, and his cookbook author wife Ayesha Curry, 31, has so much bravado and personality for such a little boy. The proud mom shared a Dec. 20 Instagram video holding on to the toddler while Ayesha and Steph appeared at the Christmas with The Curry’s charity food and toy distribution in Alameda, CA. He sang along to the beat of a funky Christmas song being played over the loudspeaker, rapping the words “Happy holidays” along to the rhythm.
Canon debuted a new hairstyle, as he’s been seen in past IG photos and videos with his naturally curly locks, as well as stylish braids courtesy of his mom and older sister Riley, 8. This time Canon wore his hair up in a tight topknot like a little man bun, and it showed off his adorable face and gorgeous green eyes just like his parents have.
Ayesha carried her son on her back in a hands free child carrier. She could be seen in the corner of the screen taking the video of her son, who looked warm and toasty in a yellow sweater. All he needed was a dash of blue and he would have been perfectly repping the colors of his dad’s team.
The stunning The Seasoned Life cookbook author looked gorgeous even though she had a black face mask covering her from her nose down to her chin due to California’s public COVID-19 protocols. She wore her hair in tight braids along the side of her head, and managed to add some glam with a frosty pink shadow that made her hazel-green eyes absolutely pop. Ayesha and Steph were both there handing out boxes of food essentials, books, gifts and other items via their Eat Learn Play charity that helped serve more than 1,000 East Bay families in need.
Ayesha captioned the video, “Happy Holidays’ from Canon Jack” and fans absolutely melted for how adorable Canon’s Christmas rap was. At least one appreciated his new hairdo, with @april7hawk commenting, “Too cute!! Loving Canon’s man bun.” @optimistic_k gushed, “He’s just so full of JOY! This kid is so adorable,” as fan @uniquely2good told Ayesha, “Welp. He just made my day!!! Merry Christmas Canon!” @elvisvelic added, “Look at Canon man so inspirational, love you guys.” Canon really is the cutest, and it was great for him to be on hand to watch his mom and dad’s charitable efforts.
