Stockard Channing, 73, is famous for playing Betty Rizzo in the 1978 classic movie Grease, but 40 years later, many fans are aghast at how the actress has changed and think she had plastic surgery! Stockard appeared on the UK daytime show Lorraine on Oct. 17, and you can see the new pic below.

“What has Stockard Channing done to her face?” one fan tweeted. “Good grief, Stockard Channing looks unrecognisable on #Lorraine. Such a shame that people feel they can’t simply age gracefully,” another wrote about the leader of the Pink Ladies. “Oh dear. Stockard Channing is looking a tad scary on @ITVLorraine,” one added. Whether the actress has had plastic surgery or not, you have to admit that she looks radically different these days! See photos of Stockard in the classic film Grease.

Others defended the actress, pointing out that, yes, several decades have gone by since her role in Grease — and on top of that, it’s her face and she can do what she wants! “Stockard Channing looks stunning. Anyone that thinks otherwise is obviously a moron,” one fan wrote. “People tweeting about Stockard Channing’s face should remember 40 years have passed since Grease, she’s 73 and it’s HER face so take a seat,” another declared.
