Khloe Kardashian is getting into serious summer mode — she just revealed she worked out twice in one day — see what she is doing to get super fit!
Khloe Kardashian, 32, took to her social channels on Snapchat and Instagram stories on May 31 to talk about her workout, and gave us a beauty tip for good measure! Khloe worked out with Don Brooks of the Don-A-Matrix method. Khloe said on Snap: “Don and I are about to do our second workout for the day. Coconut oil in the hair, two workouts, yasss L.A. lifestyle.” Then she revealed, “I messed up the time so I will be doing cardio for a little bit then my second workout.” When she started filming her workout, we got tired just watching her!
Khloe started with walking lunges while holding 20-pound weights in each hand. Then she did push ups curls with weights over a medicine ball. Next, reverse crunches holding a medicine ball in between her legs. This was followed by squats holding a weight in the middle of her legs while balancing on two Bosu balance balls. Then, she did arm curls and shoulder presses with heavy weights in each hand. Then, she did crunches with her feet in a TRX while her hands were balancing on an upside down Bosu ball. She kept the same set up, but did hip raises.
After her workout, she showed off her makeup free face on Snap. “I called Don not once but twice today. I’m really tired now but I’m going to love it later. I know you never regret a workout.” Not everyone can workout twice a day like Khloe, but I know these tips are giving me some serious motivation. And you can always do push ups, reverse crunches and squats anywhere you want, without any equipment. Feel the burn!
