Look at this stuck up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf herder! Alden Ehrenreich was spotted on the set of the new standalone Han Solo film looking a little worse for the wear. Is Han getting into some serious trouble? ‘Star Wars’ fans — you have to see these pics!
With Star Wars: The Last Jedi around the corner, things have been quiet on the Han Solo standalone front. Lucasfilm, the company that creates and produces the Star Wars films, is notoriously private about anything that goes on at their sets. It’s rare that we get to see anything going on behind the scenes. One sneaky photographer, though, got a glimpse at Alden Ehrenreich in his full Han Solo getup, and one things certain: this is going to be awesome!
In the pics, obtained by TMZ, Alden, who is playing a young Han in the prequel to Star Wars IV: A New Hope, looks pretty roughed up. While he’s obviously handsome, and rocking the hell out of that Harrison Ford-in-the 80s hair, Alden’s sporting some massive face bruises and bloody scratches. Han’s known for his dealings with shady characters, so we can totally see him getting in a scuffle with someone like, say, Gredo? We still don’t know any details about the film, save that it’s being described as a cross between a heist movie and a western. Done. We’re in.
It appears that Han’s in a junkyard of sorts, and the set’s littered with beat up junker cars. Before getting the Millennium Falcon, he apparently drove a badass muscle car-style land speeder. The only thing missing is Chewie to kick ass by his side. Talk about the original friendship goals.
