Beyonce’s twins haven’t arrived yet, but already she’s starting to think of a weight-loss plan to help her shed her pregnancy pounds asap! Beyonce, 35, is already planning ahead when it comes to how she’s going to get her impressive post-baby body back after giving birth to her and Jay Z‘s, 47, twins later this year! And while she’s not TOO worried about snapping into shape, she’s definitely already making plans. As it turns out, she’s set on doing it the old-fashioned way, which is apparently how she she lost her pregnancy weight after giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy, 5. “Beyonce hasn’t made any kind of set-in-stone baby weight loss plan — she’s planning to do the same kind of thing she did after she had Blue,” an insider revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “Basically, cut back on calories, and she figures that all the running around after the new babies will be plenty of exercise.”
Our source also added though that Queen Bey plans on exercising by dancing because, after all, dance is her “passion.” Seems like a pretty simple plan to us though, right? And if she decides to breastfeed, that will definitely help her lose weight too. Beyonce looks like she could pop any day now, and we are so excited to meet her baby twins. However, she and Jay have decided to keep their babies’ sexes a secret for a bit longer though — even though they apparently DO know what they’re having!
“Both Bey and Jay know the sex of the babies, but they’re keeping mum and not telling a soul,” another insider revealed to us EXCLUSIVELY. “It’s looking pretty certain though that at least one of the babies is going to be a boy, as there’s a heck of a lot of blue-colored baby things springing up around the house suddenly.” SO exciting!
