1. He makes Paris look like a perfect angel. Once again, Conrad Hilton has found himself in trouble with the law. The 23-year-old younger brother of Paris Hilton, 36, was arrested on May 6 after he allegedly stole a Bentley from professional poker player Rick Salomon, 48. Conrad reportedly drove the car to the home of his ex-girlfriend, Hunter Daily Salomon (Rick’s 21-year-old daughter) which violated the restraining order she has on him. After getting arrested, Conrad went on a homophobic and racist rant against the officers. He continued those antics during a May 10 court appearance, according to Page Six, mouthing homophobic slurs and obscenities during the proceedings.
2. He doesn’t know how to handle rejection. Following that incident, Conrad was charged with a felony count of taking or driving a vehicle without consent. He was also charged with misdemeanor charges of contempt of court and violating a restraining order. Oh that restraining order? It’s not new. His ex, Hunter Daily, filed it against Conrad back in 2015. He violated it one month after it was filed by breaking into her home. The cops quickly arrested him, and Conrad threw a major temper tantrum while in handcuffs.
3. Conrad is a terror on the road. Despite being wealthy enough to afford an UberX during the most expensive surge pricing hours, Conrad continues to drive – with disastrous results. In 2014, he allegedly crashed his BMW in a high-speed chase. After surviving the wreck, he was hit with a felony charge of reckless evading a police officer.
4. He’s not fun to fly with, either. What’s worse: sitting next to Conrad on an airplane or flying United? For some, it’s the former, as Conrad went berserk during a Feb. 2015 flight from London to L.A., allegedly threatening to kill the flight attendants on board. Afterward, he pleaded guilty to simple assault.
5. He’s been in and out of rehab. So, following the May 10 hearing, Conrad was released on a $90,000 bail under the condition he gets psychiatric care at a hospital. The judge ordered Conrad to go to the Menninger Clinic in Houston, Texas. This will not be the first time Conrad has been under medical observation. In 2016, he was ordered to undergo rehab after violating his probation, per Page Six. Conrad allegedly failed a drug test, failed to complete three treatment programs, and supposedly travelled out of California without permission from his probation officer. Maybe this time in Texas will help him get his act together?
