Lea Michele has worked hard for her incredibly toned body, but the 30 year-old singer has never deprived herself from eating the foods she loves. “I want to be able to enjoy myself. I’m Italian. I like to eat big meals. I love red wine. And you know also when you’re traveling and stuff like that I like trying new restaurants and going on adventures, so I can’t limit myself,” she told E! News.
Lea explained that while she loves indulging, she has certain foods she has always avoided. “I’m good in the sense that I’ve never eaten fast food. I do not drink soda. I don’t eat candy,” she continued. “Like my house is healthy, so when I’m saying I’m eating a lot it’s like good food that’s worth it.”
She said that she works out hard so she doesn’t end up feeling bad about what she eats. “I love working out. I work out to feel good but also so I can eat whatever I want,” she told the news outlet. Lea has taken up SoulCycle has one of her favorite exercises after her Scream Queens buddy Emma Roberts, 26, introduced her to it. Emma “brought her to a cycling class at Romney Studios near their show’s New Orleans set. After, she branched out to Soul Cycle,” Lea previously told Us Weekly. She has definitely embraced the cycle culture. “I like being in a workout environment where people support each other. I’m in the best shape of my life!”
