BREAKFAST: “I love to eat eggs for breakfast.” She has an over easy egg, avocado, sourdough toast, blueberries and coconut water.
LUNCH: Salad with grilled chicken.
DINNER: Brown rice, avocado and wild salmon
DESSERT: “I love a good cookie.” She will eat a chocolate chip cookie for dessert. In fact, she says, she likes a “salted chocolate chip cookie.”
