Jenny from the block has been #bootygoals for YEARS, and now she is revealing the workouts she does for a high, tight butt — and you can do them at home for free.
Jennifer Lopez, 47, is almost synonymous with her amazing butt — she even has a SONG called “Booty”!
J-Lo appears in People magazine’s Most Beautiful issue as having the “most wanted butt.”
She says her butt is all natural and thanks to hard work! “Dancing, yoga, weights and Tracy Anderson techniques are part of my regular regime.”
Of course, we know she has amazing dance moves, and yoga is known to tone and tighten all over.
Tracy Anderson is a celeb trainer who also works with stars like Gwyneth Paltrow and Lena Dunham.
According to Tracy’s website, her method works because: “Unlike other exercise programs that target the major muscle groups, the Tracy Anderson Method focuses instead on the accessory muscles. With the former, women tend to build bulk, and then they invariably plateau finding that they cannot continue to change their bodies. The Tracy Anderson Method is different, though, as it’s consistently challenging: The routines change every 10 days… ensuring that your accessory muscles never get bored.”
She has studios in New York, Texas, California, and London, as well as at-home streaming options and DVDs.
Jennifer has also worked with NYC-based trainer David Kirsch, who told Byrdie about this one killer move for a sexy booty:
Start with your legs slightly wider than hip-width apart.
Lift your right leg from the knee and move it in a circular roundhouse.
Land out to the side, wider than you started, and immediately squat down, channeling a real sumo wrestler.
As you come out of the squat, lift your right leg and kick out, leading with your heel.
Do 15 to 20 reps without stopping, for two to three sets.”
“It’s the perfect butt-shaping, hip reducing, lower half-sculpting maneuver. It targets the outer thigh and really lifts the butt, which seem to be two problem areas for a lot of women,” David says.
Do this move three times a week and you could see results after just two weeks!
