Khloe Kardashian spilled on her app and website KhloeWithAK.com: “When I want to really turn up my workout, I use ‘jump training’ techniques — explosive, high-intensity jump exercises done repeatedly without rest. These moves work multiple muscle groups at once and get your heart rate up FAST to burn major calories in the shortest time frame. This is also known as my ‘beast mode’ workout because it’s crazy hard!”
Khloe continued: “Check out my three beastiest jump-training moves in the below [above]. Start slow and low, and work your way up to air-catching jumps once you’re confident in your form and balance. Do as many reps as you can in one-minute rounds without rest. Enjoy the burn, dolls!”

Here’s what she does:
Move 1: Lunge jumps on a BOSU ball while holding 8 to 15 lb weights. Jump with your front foot on the ball and your back foot on the floor. Jump softly with a slight bend in your knees. Switch to opposite leg and repeat.
Move 2: Start laying on a BOSU ball on top of a yoga mat. Crunch up and jump into a squat. Repeat.
Move 3: Take a light to medium resistance band and loop it under your sneakers. Jump up onto a BOSU ball and then back onto a mat — feet together. Meanwhile, do bicep curls with the resistance band.
