Hold on to your wits, ‘PLL’ fans. Keegan Allen is being super cryptic about Toby’s fate on ‘Pretty Little Liars’ in an all-new interview and now we’re on the verge of tears. Is Toby going to be OK?!
The last time we saw Toby, he didn’t look so good. He got into a nasty car wreck with fiancee Yvonne in the season 7A finale, and fans were left to wonder if he was going to make it out of this situation alive. The first minute of the 7B premiere reveals that Toby has survived the crash, but he’s in critical condition. Keegan Allen, 27, talked to TVGuide.com about Toby’s situation and his comments are freakout worthy.
“I can say he might be in flashbacks,” Keegan said. “He might be haunting his house. He might be haunting other people’s memories. He might be a ghost of himself.”
Whoa, whoa, whoa. How are we supposed to wait until the 7B premiere for answers after this, Keegan? He’s taking cryptic to a whole new level. Toby is fighting for his life, but we still have a strong feeling that he’ll make it out OK. Showrunner Marlene King, 54, is a big fan of Toby, and she said at PaleyFest that all the endgame couples will end up together in the end. Spencer and Toby are totally endgame!
Keegan also confirmed that we’re going to be getting the answers we’ve been craving, especially when it comes to Uber A. “You can expect all the answers being revealed,” he said in the interview. “Everybody gets exactly what they’ve been wanting this entirety of all 7 seasons.” He added that the Uber A reveal is “incredible.”
Pretty Little Liars will premiere April 18 at 8 p.m. ET on Freeform.
