Nick Viall made it official with Vanessa Grimaldi when he presented her with a stunning Neil lane engagement ring on ‘The Bachelor’ finale — not only did the exquisite sparkler exceed four carats, but it features the biggest center diamond in ‘Bachelor’ history!
Nick Viall, 36, is officially off the market! Although some fans were skeptical over whether or not he would find love after two stints on The Bachelorette, an appearance on Bachelor In Paradise and season 21 of The Bachelor, Nick finally got his happily ever after on the March 13 finale episode, where he asked for Vanessa Grimaldi‘s hand in marriage in the picturesque episode, where he presented her with an exquisite Neil Lane diamond ring that’s over four carats!
“It’s a very classic style and it definitely makes a statement. It’s a beautiful, brilliant-cut diamond — it’s the biggest center-stone diamond ever selected on The Bachelor,” a source close to the couple revealed.
Although other rings in the history of The Bachelor franchise may exceed the total carat weight or feature a larger price tag, it’s the center stone in Vanessa’s ring that really stands out. “It’s a flawless diamond,” our source marveled.
The ring features a 3.5-carat round brilliant center stone, set in platinum, and flanked by two baguettes. A halo of smaller diamonds accents the center stone as diamonds adorn the band — and the whole ring is over 4.2 carats. So, how much would the stunning sparkler set you back? “The ring is priced at an estimated $95,000,” our source shared.
Nick knew there was something special about the ring as soon as he saw it. “When he [Nick] first saw the rings, he was drawn to the classic design and how it stood out, he looked at it time and time again and spent a lot of time with it. He kept coming back to it,” our source said.
