Ice-T Worried About Remy Ma & Nicki Minaj’s Feud? — It Gets ‘Hectic’ When Fans Clash

Things are heating up in Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma’s feud, and now, another prominent rapper is weighing in. HollywoodLife.com caught up with Ice-T EXCLUSIVELY to find out how he feels about what’s going down!

Ice-T will be the first to admit that feuds are simply a part of hip-hop, but even he knows things can get a little out of hand with fans avidly coming to their fave rappers’ defense. In fact, his biggest fear when it comes to feuds like Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma’s is that things may get out of control because of the ladies’ loyal followers butting in.

“You don’t want [the battles] to spill out into anything else,” Ice-T told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY at TGI Friday’s Endless Happy Hour in NYC, which marked the permanent return of Fridays Endless Apps. “What happened with Tupac and BIG, it’s the fans. The fans can clash at any moment. So, you’ve got Nicki and Remy, and their fans might clash — it can get pretty hectic.”

The Law & Order star admitted he doesn’t exactly “care” about this feud at the moment and said he doesn’t think it will turn into much more than what it’s already become. “It’s part of the culture to compete — the battling and all that,” he explained. “The question is: Does it actually result in people actually taking off on each other and getting hurt? We don’t want anybody getting hurt. Their ego might get hurt, but that’s okay!”

In case you haven’t been keeping up with Nicki and Remy’s war, it all started up again last month when the former seemingly dissed the latter on her new song “Make Love.” Remy fired back with a scathing diss track of her own called “Shether,” which blatantly called the 34-year-old out for seven minutes straight. On March 2, she came out with a second hateful song, “Another One,” and the feud is officially on.

For her part, Nicki has kept quiet about the whole situation, enjoying her time at Paris Fashion Week instead. We originally heard that she wasn’t planning on retaliating with a response track of her own, but knowing how unpredictable she is, that can obviously change, right?!

HollywoodLifers, do you think Ice-T should be worried about Nicki and Remy’s feud? Do you think the fans will blow it out of control?
