Sadly, Corinne Olympios is no longer on ‘The Bachelor.’ Nick Viall sent her home on the Feb. 27 episode before the fantasy suites. During her first post-breakup interview, Corinne admitted she was surprised by the elimination because she had such a great hometown date with Nick!
“Watching it back was really hard for me today,” Corinne Olympios told Jimmy Kimmel after the east coast airing of Feb. 27 episode of The Bachelor. “Because we did just have a great hometown date and things just went really well, and I was kind of shocked to get sent home. I was not ready for it. At all.”
Corinne was the girl who didn’t get to go to Finland with Nick Viall. In a shocking turn of events, Nick sent Corinne home in New York City, leaving her in tears. Raven Gates, Vanessa Grimaldi, and Rachel Lindsay are Nick’s final three. Despite the drama she was involved in over the course of the season, Nick always had a soft spot for Corinne.
Jimmy asked Corinne point-blank if she was a terrible person, since she was painted as the villain of season 21. “I think there’s a lot that, you know, wasn’t shown, a lot of conversations that Nick and I did have that were more emotional and intimate,” she said.
Corinne was certainly a scene stealer on the show. Thankfully, there’s a chance we’ll get to see more of her wild shenanigans on the upcoming season of Bachelor in Paradise, which will likely air in the summer. Corinne played coy about joining the show on Jimmy Kimmel Live, saying she hadn’t been asked to do it yet and has “mixed feelings” about it, but we have a feeling she’s going to show up.
HollywoodLifers, are you sad that Corinne is gone? Do you think she’ll join Bachelor in Paradise? Let us know!
