Uh oh. Is Meredith never going to return to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital? Bailey tried to find common ground with her on the Feb. 23 episode of ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ but Meredith said she won’t come back to work until Richard is reinstated and Minnick is fired.
Alex may have finally returned to the hospital on the Feb. 23 episode of Grey’s Anatomy, but Meredith had no interest in following suit. At least, not until Richard gets reinstated as the director of the residency program and Eliza Minnick is fired. Will that end up happening? Well, it hasn’t yet.
We loved how Meredith stood her ground, but once Richard found out she was sacrificing her career to try and save his, he paid her a visit. And during that time, he told her to cut it out and get back to work. She sweetly mentioned how her mom would have wanted her to do it, but Richard eventually convinced her to call Bailey and work things out.
Meanwhile, Jo was forced to make a difficult decision on a case when a boy and his mother came in for a kidney transplant. The mother was going to donate her kidney to her son, but once in the operating room and cut open, the doctors realized the kidney she was going to be left with was as good as dead. So instead, the boy’s father had to donate his kidney, but it caused a lot of controversy because he previously beat his wife and son, and they wanted nothing to do with him. It also stirred up a lot of emotions for Jo, whose husband also beat her.
Furthermore, Arizona and Eliza finally kissed we’re not sure if we’re here for it. Are you?
