La La Sparkler, inspired by Best Picture nominee La La Land
1 parts Ménage à Trois Triple Berry Vodka
½ part Raspberry Puree
½ part Lemon juice
1 part Cranberry juice
½ part sugar cane
Lemon peel twist
Shaken and strained served up in champagne flute – champagne float; garnish with skewered raspberry and lemon peel.
Manchester Sea Breeze, inspired by Best Picture nominee Manchester by the Sea and available at Café Medi in NYC
Stoli Elyt Vodka
Fresh Grapefruit juice
Combine and serve in a cocktail glass.
Soprano Sidecar, inspired by Best Actress Nominee Meryl Streep
1 ½ parts Bache-Gabrielsen Natur + Eleganse VSOP Cognac
½ part Cointreau
½ part lemon juice
Shake with ice and serve in a cocktail glass.
Lion, inspired by Best Picture nominee Lion and available at Tapestry in NYC
12-year aged rum
Combine and serve in a cocktail glass.
Just Like A Dream, Inspired by Fences and available at Mulberry Project in NYC
1 vile saline solution
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz fresh grape juice ( red seedless)
.5 oz vanilla syrup
+.25 oz slivovitz blue plum
1.5 portabello road gin
1 egg white
Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice and hard shake. Rinse glass with montelobos mezcal. Double strain cocktail in footed sour glass. Garnish with aromatic bitter art.
The Sonic Squeeze, served at the Elton John Academy Awards Viewing Party
2. oz Clase Azul Plata Tequila
1. oz Solerno Liquer
1. oz neuro SONIC blood orange
Add all ingredients with ice into a cocktail shaker and shake. Serve in a cocktail glass over ice or straight up. Garnish with an orange slice.

1.5 oz. CÎROC Vodka
1.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 oz. Simple Syrup
Splash of Champagne

Kim Crawford’s Golden Moonlight , inspired by Best Picture nominee Moonlight
2.5 oz Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
1 oz SVEDKA Vanilla
1 tsp honey syrup (2:1 honey:water, mixed well)
1 dash Angostura bitters
2 tsp edible gold flake
Combine liquid ingredients and 1 tsp gold leaf with ice in a mixing glass. Stir with ice and strain over fresh ice (large cube preferable) in a rocks glass. Sprinkle remaining tsp of gold leaf decoratively over cocktail.

1 dash Grapefruit bitters
1 dash Absinthe
1/2 Lemon syrup
1/2 Beer distillate
Stir and garnish with grapefruit zest. Top with champagne and serve in a flute.
Golden Espresso Bellini, created by Enzo Cangemi for Casa Apicii in NYC
3 drops chocolate mole bitter
1 tsp of coffee syrup**
Top it off in a Flute glass with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore
Garnish with a Lemon twist
To make the coffee syrup, boil sugar and water together for about 5 minutes and pour over ground coffee. Let is stand until cool and then strain. Combine the Frangelico, chocolate mole bitter and coffee syrup. Pour into a champagne flute. Top with Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore. Garnish with a lemon twist.
The Golden Statue, available at Oscar-winner hotspot Antica Pesa in NYC
4 oz steamed new York apple cider
1 1/4 oz buffalo trace bourbon
3/4 oz amaro del capo
Lemon and orange twist
Dash of pimento bitters
Cinnamon stick and star anise pod
Build in glass. Steam cider and add to glass. Garnish with twists, star anise and the cinnamon stick.
Le Cinématique, served at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party
50 ml Grey Goose
35 ml Martini Rubino
15 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
Splash of soda water
Add all ingredients (except sparkling water) with 1 ice cube into a cocktail shaker and shake. Serve in a highball glass over ice before topping with sparkling water. Pinch grapefruit zest to release the aromas over the top of the drink, then discard. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
The Jackie O-J, inspired by Best Actress nominee Natalie Portman for Jackie
2 parts Absolut Elyx
1 part freshly squeezed orange juice
1 part freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 teaspoons of fig jam
Combine ingredients together in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake until ice cold. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with an orange wedge.
