OMG! Heidi Klum FELL during her performance with former ‘AGT’ finalist Sal Valentinetti during ‘America’s Got Talent Holiday Spectacular’ on Dec. 19. Even though the fall looked planned, it was still totally shocking!
Sal Valentinetti started out the performance by singing Michael Buble’s “Sandy Buddy.” Little gingerbread men were dressed up and playing the piano and guitar on stage. Heidi Klum comes in on a candy cane wearing a gorgeous red gown. She starts singing Eartha Kitt’s “Santa Baby.” When Sal twirls Heidi, she spins and falls to the ground.
While it appeared Heidi and Sal had planned the fall, everyone’s jaw dropped when she hit the floor. Heidi really put her all into the fall, that’s for sure! Her legs went up in the air and everything! Sal gracefully grabbed Heidi up off the floor, and they continued on with their holiday performance.
Who knew Heidi could sing? She sounded great! Heidi and Sal’s performance was just the thing we needed to get into the holiday spirit. Heidi gave Sal a cute peck on the cheek after their performance ended. Fellow judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, and Mel B gave Heidi and Sal a standing ovation once they finished. Aw!
Sal was Heidi’s Golden Buzzer contestant back in season 11. She loved him from the very beginning because of his old soul and incredible voice. Sal came in fifth place on America’s Got Talent.
In addition to Sal, other America’s Got Talent fan favorites Jackie Evancho, The Clairvoyants, Mat Franco, Piff the Magic Dragon, Olate Dogs, The Regurgitator, Professor Splash, and more are set to perform. Season 11 winner Grace VanderWaal will perform a rendition of “Frosty The Snowman” during the Holiday Spectacular.
