Yikes! Angelina Jolie is going to make her custody war with Brad Pitt ‘a public nightmare,’ a lawyer tells us EXCLUSIVELY, which means a long and expensive divorce is ahead. It’s even more likely after his request to seal their custody docs was denied!

Brad Pitt, 52, tried his hardest to keep his tension-filled custody battle with Angelina Jolie, 41, under wraps, but was denied by a judge on Dec. 7. Now, divorce attorney David Pisarra, told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that he firmly believes there will be a rough road ahead for the Allied actor. He explained, “The [court] docs show that Angelina is trying to make this a public nightmare for Brad. That is Angelina’s strategy so that Brad will surrender to her demands which we know include sole, physical and legal custody and which may also include relocating the children to London. If Brad sees this as a long, expensive, public divorce, he may stop fighting.”

David added, “The docs show that Angelina intends to fight him on everything and will not back down. Angie is indicating that she is going to turn this into a long expensive process.” Brad and Angelina are currently in the midst of a $400 million divorce and things are getting worse! After learning that she filed for a temporary custody agreement last week, the actor reportedly requested an emergency hearing to seal all personal information. In the court documents, he explained, “I am extremely concerned that if court records regarding custody are not sealed, information contained therein will cause irreparable damage to our children’s privacy rights.”

Brad’s lawyer is claiming that Angelina purposely made the court docs public to punish him for demanding greater custody of their kids. Meanwhile, Angelina’s camp reportedly saw his request as a means to prevent his own actions from being disclosed in courts. Their temporary current agreement leaves him with monitored visits, which are determined by a psychologist who specializes in child custody issues. Sadly, it looks like this war isn’t ending any time soon!
