Do NOT disrespect Luke Bryan while he’s trying to put on a show! The singer got so fed up with a heckling fan at his concert on Nov. 30 that he literally walked off stage and hit him on the side of the face. Watch the shocking video here!
Luke Bryan, 39, was performing at Charlie Daniels’ all-star Volunteer Jam concert in Nashville on Nov. 30 when things got a litttttle out of hand. A concert go-er in the first row started acting unruly while the country star was performing, and Luke made sure to put him in place by giving him a whack on his head!
“A man in front row was making crude hand gestures toward Luke during his performance,” Luke’s rep told HollywoodLife.com “It was insulting not only to him, but more importantly to the men, women and families sitting around him who were there to support and celebrate Charlie Daniels and the efforts of raising money for the military veterans — some of who were in the audience. The concert security personnel saw the man’s disruptive actions of the event and was escorted out.”
It certainly does seem like the fan had taken things too far with his gestures and heckling, and we don’t blame Luke for getting frustrated. Luckily, things didn’t get taken too far before security stepped in to make sure the attendee was taken outside! If you remember, Tim McGraw found himself in a similar situation back in 2014, when he was caught slapping a woman in the face after she touched him inappropriately during a concert. Those country singer sure are protective!
HollywoodLifers, are you shocked that Luke hit this fan at his concert? Do you think his reasoning was legit…or should he have restrained himself and let security handle it?
