What’s the perfect color to rock to kick off the holiday season? Red, of course! Tori Kelly, 23, dressed totally appropriately for her appearance on Christmas In Rockefeller center, looking absolutely stunning in high-waisted red pants, which she paired with a matching, lacy crop top. Obviously, it’s chilly in New York at Christmastime, so she completed her ensemble with a long, black jacket, left unbuttoned to show off the look.

The gorgeous singer’s beauty look was just as perfect as her outfit, too. As usual, she wore her hair in tight curls, this time swept to the side and clipped back with a braid. Oh, and as always, her complexion and eye makeup were ON-point. Plus, can we talk about those fabulous red gloves that absolutely, 100% made the look complete, and her gorgeous Swarovski earrings!?

Tori was the first artist to sing during the NBC special, opening the show with an epic performance of “Santa Claus Is Comin’ To Town” that had the crowd going immediately. It was the start to an incredible night, with stars like Jordan Smith, Dolly Parton, Pentatonix, Andy Grammer, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood and PLENTY more also taking the stage throughout the evening.
Then, of course, there’s also the moment of the evening: The lighting of the tree, of course! This year, the giant spruce came from Oneonta, New York and stands at 94 feet tall! The iconic tree will be lit in Rockefeller Center until Jan. 7, and will certainly be a staple in the Big Apple for the next several weeks.
