Kanye West is going home! The rapper was finally released from UCLA Medical Center on Nov. 30, after being hospitalized for a psychiatric evaluation. Now, he can finally recuperate and get all the rest he needs while surrounded by his loved ones. Here’s the scoop!

Kanye West, 39, was finally cleared to go home from UCLA Medical Center on Nov. 30, after being hospitalized and placed under a 5150 hold, according to TMZ. He was reportedly suffering from “temporary psychosis” brought on by sleep deprivation and dehydration, but at last he can finally look forward to getting the rest and relaxation he needs while surrounded by his family members. The “Famous” rapper left with his lovely wife Kim Kardashian, 36, and Dr. Michael Farzam, her personal physician who allegedly called the police during his breakdown on Nov. 21. We’re sure Saint and North will also be thrilled to see their daddy!

“[Kim] is just holding things down like Kanye did for her when she needed support. Kim is doing much better and is strong [after her robbery],” a source previously told E! Online. “This shall pass she believes. Kim is by his side now and will stand there till everything gets better.” We’re so glad these two have each other and we’re hoping this year’s trials and tribulations will bring them closer than ever. It’s certainly been a rough week for Yeezy, who was reportedly restrained and taken to the hospital on Nov. 21, after police responded to a “welfare check” call.

Kim even cancelled her New York City based event at the Angel Ball, racing home to be by Yeezy’s side. If the reality star would have attended, it would have marked her first major red carpet appearance since her Paris robbery on Oct. 3. As we previously reported, “Kanye will be ok. He has a good set of doctors and the main thing is he wants to get through this. Kim and Kanye love each other and will do whatever it takes to support each other.
