Florence Henderson was best known as Carol Brady on ‘The Brady Bunch,’ but she also found a new talent as a contestant on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ in 2010. After her death on Nov. 24, her former co-stars began showering her with love. See the touching tweets, here.
Of course, the world knows Florence Henderson as matriarch Carol Brady on The Brady Bunch, but her costars on season 11 of Dancing with the Stars got to know her on a more personal level after working with her for months, and they couldn’t be more devastated after she passed away on Nov. 24.
“Florence Henderson was an amazing woman that had a constant charm and love for people,” wrote Val Chmerkovskiy on Instagram on Nov. 25. “Every time we said hello there was warmth and there was honesty. You truly will be missed. Thank you for always being you, Florence. Rest in Peace. 😢” Karina Smirnoff was equally upset, posting “Today we lost not only a TV legend and an icon, but one of the sweetest, kindest and caring human beings ever. Heaven took an angel in. My heart breaks thinking I won’t see her again. Rest In Peace Florence! You are so loved and missed!”

Florence hasn’t been on the show since 2010, but she stopped by to sit in the audience on Nov. 21 and support Maureen McCormick, who played her daughter Marcia on The Brady Bunch. Erin Andrews and Maureen’s partner Artem had the pleasure of spending time with Florence, and clearly she made an impact. Artem tweeted crying emojis after hearing the news and Erin said “I’m so sad to hear this news tonight..Rest in peace you gorgeous lady…what a treasure.” Aw!
