Poor Kim Kardashian. The reality star is still living in fear after her ‘near-death experience’ in Paris, according to a new report. She’s scheduled to make her first red carpet appearance at the Angel Ball on Nov. 21, but is she ready for her comeback? We’ve got the scoop.
Kim Kardashian, 36, is still struggling with the idea of coming back into the spotlight after her frightening Paris heist on Oct. 3. “She thinks about it every day and it’s definitely a process,” according to People. Their source claimed, “You don’t just get over a near-death experience. It’s going to take a lot of time.” Our heart goes out to her, especially since she’s scheduled to make her first public appearance at the Angel Ball in New York City on Nov. 21. Kim’s late father who passed away in 2003, Robert Kardashian, is being honored at the black-tie event, celebrating those who have made humanitarian and philanthropic contributions to research cancer.
Kim has been keeping a low-profile for the last two months, going radio silent on social media and only showing up to family related events. The publication’s insider added, “She’s been talking to therapists, reading books — anything she can to try and help her heal and get past this. Kim’s life is in the public eye and that’s not going to change but she will approach social media with some more thought and caution, for sure. And public appearances and security in general.” Luckily, the reality mogul will reportedly be joined by her sisters Khloe and Kourtney, in addition to her mom, Kris Jenner, so she’d have plenty of love and support.
It’s great to see that Kim is putting her best foot forward in the wake of such a life-altering ordeal, especially after the recent drama surrounding her hubby, Kanye West. The rapper shockingly cancelled his Saint Pablo Tour and his Los Angeles show on Nov. 20, because of “exhaustion.” He also is allegedly needing more time with his loved ones, since he’s been so busy. We’re sure these two will stick together and become stronger than ever.
HollywoodLifers, do you think Kim will make a major return to social media anytime soon?
