Miranda Lambert, 33, is adamant about NOT talking about her divorce from Blake Shelton, 40, as a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “She’s definitely refraining from it and is asking anyone that does interview her to provide questions beforehand to make sure she is not put in an awkward predicament,” the insider reveals. “She wants to move on with her career, her relationship and she doesn’t want to harp on a bad moment in her life,” the source adds. Miranda also doesn’t want to put Blake in a position where he feels like he needs to respond to anything she says. “She doesn’t want it to be a constant conversation, because if she brings it up, then Blake will have to retort and it will never end,” the source explains. “She wants to be over with it. It hurts thinking about it because what she had with Blake was amazing, and the fact that it ended the way it did is sad,” the insider also shares. Aww!

That unhappy ending is “a part of her past that wasn’t good so in her mind”, the source says, and Miranda “doesn’t want to always return to it and think about it”. We don’t blame her!
