He took to Instagram with a sweet black-and-white snap on Nov. 20, where they can be seen cuddled up together. The actress is all smiles while seated on his lap, looking rather comfortable in his company. Zach even held her close, appearing blissful as can be! Nathalie also confirmed the romance rumors on Nov. 17, by sharing an adorable photo of them snuggling up in a meadow, with the very same caption! Overlooking a lake and some green terrain, the lovebirds definitely chose the perfect place for an outdoor date. With Vampire Diaries coming to an end after season 8, it’s great to see they found a strong connection before parting ways. She recently opened up about the friendships she’s found with her co-stars, despite starting the show on it’s very last season. “It’s a new and interesting experience. It’s been amazing,” she revealed to Collider.com. We’re still not ready to say good-bye to Mystic Falls!

She continued, “I was nervous, at first. Like on any show, people are a family. I knew they were all really tight-knit and they definitely have a lot of history. You never know, when you join a show like that. I’ve never joined a show in its eighth season.” Nat even noted how everyone was very welcoming, which made the experience that much better. “I’ve actually made some really wonderful friends on this show. I thought, going into it, that there were probably all of these mixed feelings about it being over, but I’m coming out of this show with a lot of life-long friends.”
