Laurie Luhn, 56, opened up about the sexual harassment she allegedly endured while working for Roger Ailes, 76, during her first bombshell interview with 20/20. The former Fox News employee claimed she was pressured into performing salacious acts on him for nearly two decades. Roger allegedly required her to prepare for their steamy hookups at a moment’s notice and even intimidated her into performing sexual acts with another woman while taking X-rated photographs. Laurie has since received over $3 million in a separation agreement from the network, but she still wants to tell her story. She claims their tryst began shortly after she met him while working on George H.W. Bush‘s first presidential campaign.

“He would have me get down on my knees and tell me, ‘You know what you are, Laurie. You’re my wh***. You’re my sex slave. You’re going to do whatever I tell you to do,'” she said, while recollecting one night in 1991, when he invited her up to his hotel room. Roger allegedly kept the compromising pics and videos to ensure her silence. “He always let me know he was in control, and it was scary,” Laurie added. “It was like the minute it happened I knew that I’d been blackmailed because he did take photographs of me. He would say, ‘This is just my little insurance policy. And I’m just going to put it in a safe deposit box just to make sure you stay loyal.’”

Laurie said the overall experience caused her to suffer a mental breakdown, since she thought their initial meeting was a great career opportunity. She finally told the network about his 20 years of alleged abuse in early 2011. That’s when she was given a payout, while also having to sign an “extensive nondisclosure provision.” She still decided to go public, despite the risks, after Gretchen Carlson also filed her lawsuit against Roger. Laurie explained, “The truth shall set you free. Nothing else matters.” Roger has denied Laurie’s allegations.
