Could Ben and Lauren be done already? In a new sneak peek for ‘Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After?,’ the two have a very emotional talk about their upcoming nuptials, and he tells her that he’s not ready to get married. Watch here!
“With everything that I’ve learned today and everything we’ve learned about each other, still, after just that short time in there, I think when it comes to the wedding, I feel like we have so much to figure out,” Ben Higgins tells Lauren Bushnell in a new sneak peek for the Nov. 15 episode of Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After?. “It’s hard for me at this point to like really feel comfortable getting married.”
With that, Lauren asks him if that means he’s calling off the wedding. His answer? “Yeah, I am.” Of course, they’re also wearing a dress and tuxedo in the clip so maybe he meant he wasn’t ready to get married that day, but that they still would some day.
In a separate clip, it shows the couple in what looks like counseling, and Ben is telling her, “I think you’re ready to start a life,” before adding, “I’m not ready for that, not even close.” She is crying at some point during that session. The promo also shows the pair heading to Vegas so… we can assume that’s where this talk takes place, yes? Also in the promo are the twins, Emily and Haley Ferguson, along with Lace Morris and Grant Kemp, who got engaged on Bachelor in Paradise. And yes, they all looked shocked!
