OMG! Kendall Jenner’s Instagram account disappeared without a trace on Nov. 13, devastating many of her followers who noticed the dreaded ‘this page isn’t available’ message. Did the model actually pull the plug on social media? Get the scoop here.
Your eyes aren’t tricking you. Kendall Jenner, 21, seemed to have deleted her Instagram account featuring millions of followers on Nov. 13, causing many to hit the refresh button in order to confirm the news. It seems the supermodel is taking a break from the social media app and it’s still unclear for how long. However, fans can rest easy, since Kenny’s Twitter and Facebook accounts are still up. We last saw Kendall showing off her enviable frame while modeling La Perla’s new line of sizzling intimates on Nov. 11, so what made her want to go MIA?
She previously revealed that she likes to take breaks from social media from time to time. “I definitely have close friends, and even some family members, who are so connected to their phone and can’t get off of it,” she told Allure, explaining how people often get caught up in the digital world and ignore the magic of real life. “That was the moment it kind of clicked for me. So sometimes I delete Instagram or Twitter or Snapchat off my phone for a couple of days.”
Others have speculated that she’s keeping her safety in mind. Kendall’s alleged stalker, Shavaughn McKenzie, was recently released from jail. Although the KUWTK star has already increased security measures, she’s still worried about his whereabouts. As we previously reported, “She’s under more stress than ever now that her alleged stalker has been released. She has also upped her security since Kim’s robbery.” We just hope she’s doing well!
