Khloe Kardashian may have dedicated herself to getting fit, but that doesn’t mean she can’t have a cheat day. The ‘Keeping Up With Kardashians’ star took to her app to share how she indulges her cravings without ruining her healthy lifestyle. Click ahead to see what she had to say!
Khloe Kardashian has reportedly lost 40 pounds since overhauling her diet and fitness routine, and even now, she’s still dedicated to living a healthier lifestyle. In addition to regular training sessions with Don Brooks (which sisters Kourtney and Kim Kardashian often join her on), Khloe has credited a huge part of her weight loss success to a better diet over on her app.
But even Khloe strays from her clean eating from time to time, admitting that she definitely indulges in her cravings. “When I have a serious craving, I remind myself to exercise portion control,” Khloe wrote on her app on how she eats her favorite cheat foods without ruining all of her progress.
Emphasizing the importance of indulging in moderation, Khloe went on to say, “I believe that if you want chocolate, go for it, but only have a handful. If you start to crave ice cream every night, you’ll get addicted to a routine. But if you really need a handful of chocolate, eat it, or else you’re definitely going to binge later.”
Even when Khloe has her chocolate or favorite meal at a restaurant, she still keeps to her workouts, preferring to get them over with at the beginning of the day. “I wake up around 5AM every day to workout,” she wrote on her app. “I always tell myself, ‘You never regret a workout, but you always regret not going.'”
