Somebody better clue in Stacey Dash to the number one rule of the Internet: don’t anger the Beyhive. The ‘Clueless’ star dragged Beyonce’s mother over a Halloween costume and Bey’s fans tore into Stacey over the shade. Click to see
This shade between Stacey, 49, and Tina Lawson, 62 (formerly Tina Knowles) started over a Halloween costume, of all things. Beyonce’s, 35, mother shared an Instagram picture of Kelly Rowland, 35, dressed up as Stacey’s character, Dione, from Clueless.
The original caption, according to The New York Daily News, had Mama Tina say “This is my baby as Dione last night of course she is prettier and more smart than the one from the movie but I was confused cause she kept saying something about her pager.”
Oooh. Shots fired! Stacey didn’t appreciate Ms. Tina’s comments, and she wrote about it in a blog. “First of all, if you’re trying to throw shade about someone’s intelligence, maybe use “smarter” instead of ‘more smart,’” the Fox News commentator wrote. “Here’s the thing — Kelly Rowland is a beautiful girl and I love the costume! Imitation is the best form of flattery.”
The alleged caption has since been changed to take out the reported shade, but that clapback from Stacey was all the Beyhive needed. Even without Beyonce getting involved in this feud, her fans began unloading their fury on Stacey.
“Girl, the Beyhive will end what’s left [of] your floppy career,” one user tweeted. Others thought that Stacey was “still grasping on your 15 minutes like grim death.” Others warned Stacey that when she’s not dodging the Beyhive, she should be careful that Solange Knowles, 30, was “gonna beat that ass” like she did with Jay Z, 46.

As one Twitter user pointed out, the Beyhive has been busy as of late. After she performed “Daddy Lessons” with the Dixie Chicks at the CMA Awards on Nov. 2, some country music fans complained that Bey didn’t “belong there.” Uh-oh.
Adding to the hate was country music star, Travis Tritt, 53, who slammed her performance. After he made these comments, there was a huge buzz heading towards Travis’s Twitter account, as the furious Beyhive attacked him for his hateful words. Yikes. It seems that Stacey and Travis are just the latest victims of one of the most powerful fanbase around.
What do you think about the Beyhive’s reaction to Stacey, HollywoodLifers?
