Everyone’s fave classic rocker, Jon Bon Jovi, came out to party with Hillary Clinton, 69, at Independence Mall in Philadelphia on Nov. 7, on the eve of the election. With the Democratic presidential nominee only having a few precious hours to campaign, the presence of one of the nation’s most legendary rockers was surely appreciated. And with the performance he gave, we bet Hillary was feeling super pumped for Nov. 8.
Jon rocked out with a beautiful cover of The Beatles “Here Comes The Sun,” which just reminded us of the beautiful world that lies ahead of us in this country. Jon was singing out his heart and getting the crowd screaming in honor of the woman who could be elected the first female president of the United States of America on Nov. 8. Clearly, Jon wants her to win just as she does!
Jon, who played alongside Bruce Springsteen, 67, at the event, has made his political feelings very clear in the past. He doesn’t ever shy away from a cause and they know when they’ve picked the right horse in the race. And this election is no different. Jon was totally there for Hillary in every way they could be and we know that their efforts, along with those of all the other celebrities who are backing her, will not be forgotten and will hopefully get her to the White House!
